Thanksgiving 2011

We had a wonderful thanksgiving this year.  Amanda, Brett and Tristan travelled all the way from Hawaii to join us for Thanksgiving at Gigi and G-Pops' house. This was the first time we have met Tristan!  He is adorable! 

For Thanksgiving we had  turkey and dressing (of course), my cousin Nancy Gaston's sour cream biscuits, homemade herb butter from Amanda, garlic mashed potatoes, acorn squash and spinach salad.  Yum! 

On Friday, we all went to the zoo and then met up for dinner. On Saturday, we got family pictures made (pictures to be posted later) and that night, Paul, Amanda, Brett and I had a night out on the town - we stayed out until almost 10!  Crazy!

We were sad to see them go and will miss them!  Here are some pictures from the weekend!

Here is a recent picture of Tristan Gontarek (Andrew and Carrie's cousin) who lives in Hawaii.  We can't wait to meet him over Thanksgiving!!  He is as big as Andrew and 2 months younger!!!  It most be those Gontarek genes.  He will be out surfing soon.
