I realized that all I have been using this blog for is posting pictures and I haven't really been saying much! So thought I would actually do a post with no pictures (ok maybe I haven't downloaded any pictures recently so that is the real reason)!
Carrie is great. Still no official crawling. She apparently took 2 crawl "steps" for Gigi and Vicki the other night but we don't count those because Paul and I didn't see them first hand. She is also fascinated with our gas fireplace and attempted to eat one of the stones out of it yesterday. We now have a furniture barricade in front of it which she has already tried to get through.
I have found a new thing to freak out about - lead based paint! Who knew that was such a problem - we have it all over our house. I have a feeling that little problem is going to cost us a pretty penny and me hours of worry and stress (and Paul hours of annoyance about me being so stressed!). We got her tested and the good news is she is under the recommend limit.
Carrie is going to have a fun time this weekend with her cousins - Matthew and Zachary are coming to visit with Aunt Elizabeth. Stay tuned for some pictures - I am sure there will be some good ones.
