Easy Appetizer - Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Here is a very easy, somewhat healthy appetizer:

Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Drain 2 cans garbanzo beans.  Place in rimmed baking sheet with 1/4 cup olive oil and whatever seasonings you want to add - we used salt and seasoned salt.  You could also use garlic salt, cayenne pepper, etc.

Roast at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
