Slowly but surely, I want to post all of my favorite recipes on my blog. One recipe that definitely tops the list is my cousin (once-removed) Nancy's Easy Sour Cream Biscuits! I had these biscuits about 5 years ago at her house in Americus, GA and it was all I could do not to eat the entire basket!
Ingredients:
½ cup butter (1 stick), melted
½ cup sour cream
1 cup plain flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:Melt butter in microwave. Whisk butter and sour cream together. Gently stir in dry ingredients. Drop by the teaspoon in mini-muffin pan. Bake at 400-425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned. Makes 24 mini-biscuits.
